We've been brought in on a new development here in Texas, and right now it's all raw land and big potential. A boundary survey showing nearly half an acre, dense cedar and brush to clear, a gravel access road carved through the trees - this is what the beginning looks like. Most people never see this stage. We do.

Getting into a new construction job early matters. When the HVAC contractor is part of the conversation from the start, the whole system gets planned right - ductwork routing, equipment sizing, load calculations that actually match the finished space. It's a lot harder to fix those things after drywall goes up.
