5/5 stars! Seth came over to rescue us from the unwanted swimming pool forming in my attic and ended up being part AC technician, part life coach. He actually took the time to explain what was wrong in plain English instead of HVAC jargon, he hauled out our rusty old drip pan (which looked like an artifact recovered from the Titanic) and installed a fresh one. Plus, he left the work area cleaner than he found it. My house is cool, my floors are dry, and my faith in humanity is restored. Thanks, Seth!
